Shahe M Momjian (President) – Longboat Key, Florida
Shahe spent most of his career at IBM and HP (formerly EDS), and later briefly at Microsoft. He holds an MBA in Finance from Michigan State University and completed post graduate work in Computer Science at Wayne State University. He has served on a number of non-profit boards before dedicating full time his energies to Hayg Foundation.

Shirley B Momjian (Vice President – Secretary), Longboat Key, Florida
Shirley spent most of her career in banking financial management, retiring from JPMorgan Chase. Through her career she held a variety of positions in finance and accounting. She holds a BA in English from Michigan State University and an MBA from University of Detroit Mercy. She served on the board of a variety of non-profit organizations before joining the board.

Veronica M Kapnick (née Momjian) Ph.D. (Vice President – Planning and Strategy), Morris Plains NJ
Veronica is a Research, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning professional experienced in the non-profit and government sectors and has worked in both domestic and international organizations. She brings expertise in tailoring research, monitoring and evaluation, and developing strategies according to budget, needs and capacity, with a focus on sustainable implementation, scalability and learning. She holds a PhD in the field of Sociology from City University of New York. Areas of focus: Applied Science, Research Methods, Sociology of Religion, and Public Health. She holds an MA in Sociology from Fordham University, and an MA in Religious Studies from Union Theological Seminary.

Cynthia Ourfalian – Communication, Toronto, Canada
With her facility with languages, Cynthia oversees translation and communication activity of the Foundation.  Before joining Burgundy Asset Management, she was with State Street. She is a graduate of University of Toronto in Economics and Political Science and holds the CAMS designation. She is currently pursuing the CFA designation. In addition to English, Cynthia is fluent in Armenian and Arabic.
